General Spring Meeting
The EMA Spring Meeting 2010 was held on 15 and 16 April 2010 in Amsterdam, The Netherlands at the NH Carlton Amsterdam Hotel.
Hopefully all participants arrived home safely and their journey was not affected too badly by the Icelandic volcano!

Cancellation policy
Full refund registration fee will be granted if the cancellation is received in writing before 15 March 2010. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after 15 March 2010. Cancellations by telephone will not be accepted.

Directions from the airport
From Schiphol Airport Schiphol catch a train to the Central Station, from there catch the number 4, 16 or 24 tram and alight at the third stop, Muntplein. You can also catch a taxi, which takes approximately 20 minutes and costs around € 40,-.
The hotel also has a shuttle service for its guests to and from the airport at an additional charge. The service runs from 7:00 hrs to 21:00 hrs (Consult the hotel for availability).
Billing procedure
Guests will pay all charges upon check-out. Upon arrival the guests will be kindly asked for a credit card as a guarantee. In case of ‘no-shows’ or late cancellations, the hotel reserves the right to charge the client for the lost rooms revenue.
